The rental price is 3.350 euro a week from Friday to Friday.

A caution of 600 euro is requested.

The rental price does not include the weekly cleaning on Saturday and three hours of cleaning on Wednesday morning (total of 150 euro). An additionnal service à la carte is possible on prior request. The house is not accessible to wheelchairs. There are four steps outside leading up to the entrance as well as several steps inside the house.

Internet: there is wi-fi in the house and there is good 4G mobile connnection throughout the city.
